Bespoke CNC & trade supply
Two things happen on these machines. One-off CNC work — a shape somebody has drawn and cannot get made anywhere else. And trade manufacturing — cut, edged and drilled board, flat-pack carcasses and complete kitchens for studios, designers, shopfitters and other joiners to badge as their own.
If it can be drawn, we can cut it
Not every job that goes across these beds is a kitchen. A good share of our machine time goes on one-offs — parts and pieces that somebody has drawn and cannot get made anywhere else.
The sort of thing we cut
Slatted and fluted feature panels. Walnut and oak slat runs, reeded and fluted door fronts, acoustic slat walls. Machined from one program so the spacing does not drift over a three-metre run.
Decorative trees, logos and roundels. Including our own tree, cut in ply on our own machine. We have also supplied a whole CNC-cut feature tree flat-packed to another joinery firm to install.
Custom mouldings and door profiles. Skirting, architrave, cornice, dado and picture rail, plus complete bespoke door and face-frame designs machined from MDF. Copied from a 20 mm offcut or drawn from scratch.
Arched and curved joinery. Arched window frames, curved heads, radius panels and the internal and external detail panels that go with them. In 2023 we cut an arched window frame and a door for a church in Worsley, with the opening laser-scribed first so the scribes were made before anything went to site.
Stair parts. Newel caps, treads, strings and balustrade components — sometimes with a 3D-printed sample first to prove a profile before it is cut in timber.
Jigs, templates and fixtures. For our own shop and for customers who need to repeat an operation accurately.
Engraved and cut lettering. House names, signage and roundels, routed, with a cut edge and real depth.
Flattening and surfacing. Resin and solid timber desks and table tops skimmed dead flat on the machine bed, wider than a sander will take.
External components. Accoya and Tricoya machined for gates, doors, window parts and anything else that has to live outside.

What we need from you
Any one of these is enough to start:
- DXF part files — the quickest route, and the one most of our trade customers use
- A Cabinet Vision job, which we can open and machine directly
- A cutting list with a board and edging specification
- Drawings, a marked-up survey, or a physical sample to copy
What comes back
- Parts nested and cut on a flatbed CNC, labelled part by part
- Edged on the edgebander in ABS or PVC to match — including curved edging where a part needs it
- Drilled for the hardware you specify: Blum, Häfele, Titus, Lamello, Rafix, dowels, hinge cups, shelf holes
- Flat-packed, knocked down on connectors so your fitters assemble on site, or fully built and wrapped
A real manufacturing shop, not a fitting outfit
Things trade customers ask us
Can you work from our files? Yes. DXF is easiest. We also open Cabinet Vision jobs, and we will convert a drawing or a physical sample into a parametric program if you are going to order it again.
Can we badge it as ours? Yes — that is normal. A good share of what leaves here goes out under somebody else’s name, with their labels on it.
Can you supply flat for our own sprayer? Yes. We prime here if you want it primed, or send it raw.
Do you deliver? Our own vans across the North West, pallet and courier nationally including London. Delivery is charged per drop.
Do you publish a rate card? No. Send a job and you will get a price for that job, with a lead time against it.
